As I reflect (especially this time of year) on my role with the foundation, I wanted to share some intimate thoughts that have helped in my healing while sharing more of our story.
St. Joe's is where Lindsey's daughter spent the first two weeks of her life. The doctors and nurses are forever a part of our family and we are eternally grateful for their care and support.
Even before touching ground, we saw the beauty of the sea. Colors sparkled from deep blue to translucent green, jungle-covered mountains rose behind the ocean and the sun shone (despite Hurricane Nate threatening the days before). Our trip had begun!
On Wednesday evening (instead of the usual morning meeting at 7:10), the Westminster 7:10 Rotary Club hosted its 22nd annual President’s Installation Dinner, including honoring those members who have contributed to the H. Michael Hayes Make a Difference Fund.
