This morning, my son rode his bike to his new sixth grade school for the first time.  Why was I so afraid? 

On January 30, 2019, there was a very special surprise in the NICU at Saint Joseph Hospital.

We formed our Board of Directors (above): Dick, Greg, Doug, and Mike Hayes (and Lindsey Daly) and granted our first donations in 2011. 

The annual Installation Dinner is an intimate evening for a Rotary Club as the new fiscal year begins.  The Family Foundation was honored to be a part of the celebration

Through the yearlong program established by the Young American Center for Financial Education, student leaders determine who receives the collected coins based on categories voted on by the school. 

Dear Friend,

As I reflect (especially this time of year) on my role with the foundation, I wanted to share some intimate thoughts that have helped in my healing while sharing more of our story.

St. Joe's is where Lindsey's daughter spent the first two weeks of her life.  The doctors and nurses are forever a part of our family and we are eternally grateful for their care and support. 

Even before touching ground, we saw the beauty of the sea. Colors sparkled from deep blue to translucent green, jungle-covered mountains rose behind the ocean and the sun shone (despite Hurricane Nate threatening the days before).  Our trip had begun!

On Wednesday evening (instead of the usual morning meeting at 7:10), the Westminster 7:10 Rotary Club hosted its 22nd annual President’s Installation Dinner, including honoring those members who have contributed to the H. Michael Hayes Make a Difference Fund.
